I have been investing in residential property in my own right since 2012. I started out by setting up several high yielding HMO’s in Bedfordshire, and then moved on to build a portfolio of BTL’s in the North West. I have been full time in property since 2016. 

 

In 2018 I set up Smarter Property, with the mission to help people to achieve their UK property investment goals. Since then I have packaged up more than 200 property deals with a total value of >£30m. 

 

By utilising my extensive network and experience, I help investors to set up BTL’s and HMO’s. More recently, I have been focusing mostly on social housing deals, which offer the landlord long-term government backed high yields, whilst providing accommodation to those who need it most.
